iCarly Ramble: iBloop vs. iBloop 2 vs. Blooptorious

Time for another topic discussion! I know it discusses both iCarly and Victorious, but since it goes over more episodes of iCarly than the latter, it’ll be considered an iCarly ramble. The topic this week: rating all three blooper episodes of the two series.

The one that seemed the most enjoyable was the first one, iBloop of iCarly. The reason: it did not have Rex in it. See, the problem with iBloop 2 and Blooptorious is that they were both hosted by an annoying, subject-changing, rude puppet (yeah I said puppet) that did not know the first thing about being a host. It kept interrupting the actors and actresses, changing the subject, and, worst of all, drove out Boogie (T-Bo’s actor) before they could even show his bloopers! What the hay? Also, I’m not sure if it’s just me, but iBloop 1’s bloopers seemed funnier and also included stunts, things that did not go the way they were supposed to, and the actors just plain goofing off. In a word, the first one was just entertaining!

I’m not saying the other two episodes were complete rubbish. At least they included commentary from the main actors and a little of their history. Nevertheless, and you can agree or disagree with me as you please, the first one still remains superior to the other two.

That’s it for this discussion. Until next time, keep enjoying your summer!

Victorious: The Blonde Squad Review

For the first time, I will review an episode of Victorious. This week’s new episode was titled  “The Blonde Squad”.

This was a pretty decent episode with a relatively creative plot, creative dialogue and no Rex. YAY!!! The only thing I found predictable was when Andre found Sinjin (what kind of name is that anyway?) eating bird seed instead of the bird. The ending definitely threw me for a loop. I did not see coming that Evan would have just walked away like that. I was glad that Robbie was nice enough  to sing her that song, but of course she pretty much ignored it (WHY?!). The rest of the episode followed the usual pattern of a Victorious episode, which is good.

So that wraps up this review. Thanks for reading!

A Quick Announcement

First, I want to apologize for the really long drought without posts. I was on a vacation with my dad and could not view the latest episodes of the shows I wanted to review. I have now seen them both and I can say that I was so indifferent about “Gotcha” and “Trucker Hall of Fame” from Adventure Time and Regular Show, respectively, that I have decided to not review either of them. I feel they would have essentially been repeats of the previous week’s posts. I will get to this week’s newest episodes soon, and may even throw in the week’s newest episode of Victorious

So again, I apologize for the delay. Have a great and safe Fourth of July!
